SHIPPING POLICY & TRACKING
- In Stock items are shipped within 24 hours from completed payment;
- By order items are shipped within 5-7 business days from factory;
- All parcels are shipped till 03:00 PM (Vilnius GMT+2 timezone);
- Parcels aren’t shipped on weekends/bank holidays;
- Once the package is sent, you will receive an email with tracking number;
- You may track your package on “Post service” .
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (European countries)
- Orders from European countries will be shipped by the Lithuanian post service within 24 hours, it takes up to 7-14 business days to receive package – 8.00€
- Latvia, Estonia can choose shipping by Omniva terminals, it takes up to 4-7 business days to receive package – 10.00€
- Latvia, Estonia can choose shipping by Bus, it takes up to 1-2 business days to receive package – 20.00€
- UK can choose shipping by Bus, it takes 2-3 business days to receive package – 33.00€

- Shipping by DPD couriers takes up to 4-7 business days to receive package – 30.00€

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (Worldwide)
- International orders, will be shipped by post service within 24 hours, it takes up to 10-14 business days to receive package – 10.00€
- You may track your package on “Lithuanian post service“ .
- Delivery by DHL, TNT express takes up to 3-4 business days to receive package – from 40 to 100.00€ (Up to 5 kg of items included, Contact us with your specific zip code and if its possible we can change price)

Bank account– Payments through bank transfer.

- If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, issues shall be contacted to us on the same day of receiving the devices;
- Return period is 14 days from receiving the item. Beyond those days, devices can no longer be returned;
- Emulators / SCR devices cannot be returned;
- Activations / SSD drives cannot be returned;
