The ChipTuningPro 7 program is a professional graphical calibration editor for ECUs of domestic and imported cars. It has a system for automatically calculating checksums and digital signatures and is a powerful and convenient tool for creating firmware that meets all client requirements.

ChipTuning PRO is an editing software usually used in conjuction with ChipLoader and Combiloader. The program allows modifying the calibration files of the injection control system by changing the parameters of:

  • the air-fuel mixture in different modes;
  • injection phase;
  • spark advance;
  • fuel delivery at start;
  • zones for changing the engine operating mode;
  • various correction factors;
  • complete set of lambda probes;
  • DTC mask and much more (hundreds of tables and calibration constants).

When developing this module, numerous wishes of our users were taken into account, as a result of which a large amount of work was carried out on a deeper study of the algorithms of the torque model, fuel supply, filters and torque limits, the AntiJerk algorithm and the VVT ​​system. By popular demand from users from Uzbekistan, the calibrations of the engine cooling system have been added. It is possible to flexibly control the driving characteristics of the vehicle and the response to the foot trottle. The maps contain about 350 calibrations, some sections and individual calibrations have an additional description of algorithms for calculating the main parameters of the system.

An error mask is supported, which makes it possible to disable the second lambda probe, EGR, etc.

OnLineTuner M86 M86/M74M (VAZ)
With the help of this module and special engineering firmware of our development, it becomes possible to edit calibrations in real time (function of the “engineering” ECU). This allows you to save a lot of time when customizing your car, since all the changes you make in the editor are immediately recorded in the ECU and are reflected in the operation of the system. The use of special engineering ECUs is not required; the firmware works in serial ECUs. Communication with the ECU is carried out via a J2534-compatible adapter.

Saving the original CVN in MDG1
The CVN (Calibration Verification Number) is a special checksum (number) calculated for a specific calibration area. When a vehicle under warranty is serviced at a dealership, it undergoes a mandatory check to ensure that the actual CVN, read by a diagnostic tester, matches the CVN stored in the manufacturer’s database. If these CVNs do not match, the dealer will deny warranty service due to tampering with the engine management system calibrations. Obviously, any calibration changes will inevitably result in a change to the original firmware CVN.

To fix the checksum (CVN), open the desired firmware and, without changing any calibrations, select Commands – Fix Checksum (CVN) from the menu. The firmware checksum will then be displayed in the window that appears. To fix the checksum, select the “Fix” checkbox and click “OK.” You can then edit the firmware without changing its checksum (CVN).

Please note:

This feature may not work with all MDG1 firmware versions. Please check this before purchasing by contacting technical support.
The CVN that was in the original firmware is saved. If this firmware has been modified without CVN saving mode, do not use that firmware, as its CVN will be incorrect and will not pass dealer verification.
If the checksum in the open firmware is not calculated or is incorrect, correct CVN recording will be impossible.
