Supported Fassi Systems
The Fassi Diagnostic Kit supports cranes equipped with the following electronic control systems:
- FX500
- FX500RA
- FX800-30R99
- FX900
These systems manage crane load conditions, hydraulic and manual extension monitoring, winch control and lifting-moment management according to the selected work sector and vehicle stability.
LMI Calibration
The kit provides guided LMI (Load Moment Indicator) calibration and verification procedures. This is particularly useful after sensor replacement, structural repairs or during scheduled crane maintenance and compliance checks.
Connection
The Fassi Diagnostic Kit connects:
- to the crane control unit via a DB9 → 5-pin cable;
- to a computer via a USB → RS232 adapter.
This allows the kit to be used with modern laptops that do not have a built-in RS232 serial port.
